Born and raised on Oahu, Erin graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Journalism and a Japanese Language minor. After realizing that news reporting wasn’t for her, she moved to California to pursue a career in hair. She went to the prestigious Vidal Sassoon Academy and starting working in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. She trained under Aveda Global Master Ginger Boyle and Wella Platform Artist Dean Roybal.  After specializing in color for the last 15 years in Los Angeles, Erin has brought her talent back to her home on Oahu.
